The room was well-appointed and large with nice views of downtown. Excellent and perfect location next to close to theater, and a pedestrian bridge, bars and cafés were walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a downtown area, just off movie theater and church. King room was with TV set, a microwave and a refrigerator. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

This place is family-friendly, with a great pool area, easy parking, and conveniently located near cafes and bars.

The hotel is attractive and boasts well-appointed, good-sized rooms. The location is amazing and central, ideal for visiting a centennial slogan arch. The staff is very attentive and courteous.

Stay here and enjoy your Modesto christmas. The hotel is perfectly clean and big with helpful and caring staff members. The location it offers is easy, just next door to Maxis restaurant, and movie theater and fabulous restaurants.

The location of the hotel is magnificent and absolutely perfect, not very far from the Gallo Center for the Arts. The rooms are well-appointed and reasonably large, featuring a TV and a good-sized bathroom. The breakfast served at the hotel is savory and enjoyable.
